Reindeer At The Park is an exclusive opportunity for the community of Bo’ness to be able to meet Santa’s Reindeer before they travel around the world, delivering Christmas presents.
This year the event is at Newtown Park, Bo’ness on
Sunday 22nd December 2024 from 3:00 pm through until 7:00 pm.
We are honoured to be joined by our Bo’ness Fair Queen who during the proceedings will be led into the stadium by the Bo’ness and Carriden Brass Band.
We are also delighted to be joined this year by the Children’s Theatre Bo’ness who will be treating us to a selection of Christmas carols and perhaps some songs from their forthcoming production of Frozen.
Sessions
You will be able to buy tickets for a 30 minute session that best suits your needs. To minimise the queuing time, we have capped the number of tickets that are available under each half hour session.
We are mindful that some attendees don’t like lights / noise and therefore we have made the initial session at 3:00 pm a Quiet one with no flashing lights or loud music.
From previous experience we expect the sessions to be very busy and expect them to sell out very quickly. Therefore we are restricting the tickets to Registered Subscribers of Reindeer At The Park. By registering you will be able to save £10 against the price advertised on Eventbrite.
Each ticket will give admission for up to 5 people. You can buy “add on tickets” if you have more than 5 people in your group.
If you have any attendees with special needs, please notify us in advance by emailing [email protected]
We are also mindful that some may not be able to afford this fee and we have a small number of concessionary tickets available. If you feel this applies to you just drop an email to [email protected] for the committee’s consideration.
100% of the ticket price will go to the following local charities.
- Children’s Theatre Bo’ness
- Bo’ness and Carriden Band
- Newtown Park Association
- Bo’ness Children’s Fair

Your ticket(s) will be delivered to you as a pdf to your email.
In keeping with previous years and bearing in mind that 100% goes to local charities, we have a no refunds policy for any tickets purchased.
On The Day
We would recommend that you arrive at Newtown Park no more than 10 minutes before your slot time. You will have to queue outside until your entrance time so we would recommend having suitable attire.
In order to gain access for your group at the event you just need to show the staff at the Stadium turnstile the QR code on either your phone or the printed ticket.
Local Business/ Group Support
Face Painting/ Balloon artistes
We will have face painters and balloon artistes on site throughout the day operating on a cash basis.
We are also extremely grateful to Steedsy.com who are helping us with the power, audio and lighting again this year.

And Finally
This is the 7th year that we have staged this event. It started off in our front garden when we showed a hologram of Santa and each year the driveway got busier and busier. As the town’s population grows there is no way we could have continued to host this event in our garden. We are extremely grateful to Newtown Park Association for letting us stage the event in the stadium for the children of Bo’ness.
We are keen to keep improving the event and would be really grateful if you could take 2 minutes when we email you to tell us how it was, and what we could do better next year.
We really hope you and your families enjoy Reindeer At The Park 24.
With best wishes
David and Maggie Ness
